Fenouillet de Ribours

Malus domestica Borkh.

Found in the garden of La Rouairie, Maine-et-Loire, France. Distributed by M. de la Perraudiere. It first fruited in 1840. Fruits have fine, white flesh with a sweet, subacid, aniseed perfumed flavour.
