FujiDessert apple Malus domestica Borkh.Raised in 1939 by H. Niitsu at the Horticultural Research Station, Nakahara, Japan. It was named in 1962. Fruits have crisp, juicy flesh with a slightly subacid flavour. Fruits often fail to mature fully in the UK.
