Beauty of StokeCulinary apple Malus domestica Borkh.Raised at Rufford Abbey, Nottinghamshire by Mr Doe and introduced by Veitch. Recorded in 1889. It received a First Class Certificate from the Royal Horticultural Society in 1890. Fruits have coarse, dry flesh with a subacid flavour.
