Bow Hill PippinDessert apple Malus domestica Borkh.Raised by A.S.White, Bow Hill, Maidstone, Kent and introduced in about 1893 by G. Bunyard Ltd., Maidstone. Received an Award of Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society in 1893. Fruits have firm, rather coarse-textured, juicy flesh with a sweet, aromatic flavour.
