Dessert plum
Raised by Liegel of Braunan, Germany. It was first recorded in 1866. Received by the National Fruit Trials in 1948 from Wood and Ingram of Huntingdon. Fruits have very firm, juicy flesh which is moderately sweet and a little rich.
