Raised in 1926 by R.C.Palmer at the Dominion Experiment Station, Summerland, British Columbia, Canada. Introduced in 1959. Fruits have firm, crisp, fine-textured, juicy flesh with a sweet, pleasant and slightly vinous flavour.
