Reinette ThouinDessert apple Malus domestica Borkh.Originated in the garden of M. Gillet de Laumont, Beaumont, near Montmorency, France and named after Andre Thouin. First fruited in 1822. Fruits have firm, crisp, coarse, greenish white flesh with a subacid flavour.
