Chivers Delight

Dessert apple

Malus domestica Borkh.

Raised by John Chivers Farms Ltd., at Histon, Cambridgeshire in 1936. It is rather susceptible to apple canker. Fruits are sweet, crisp and juicy with a pleasant flavour.
