Dermen McIntosh

Dessert apple

Malus domestica Borkh.

Tetraploid. A sport of McIntosh. Received by the National Fruit Trials in 1966 from the New York State Agriculture Experiment Station, Geneva, New York. Fruits have rather soft, very juicy, sweet flesh with a pleasant vinous flavour.
