Hormead PearmainCulinary apple Malus domestica Borkh.Thought to have been raised at Hormead, Hertfordshire, England. It was first recorded in1826. Fruits have moderately firm, slightly coarse-textured flesh which is juicy and very acid. No distinctive flavour.
