Maldon Wonder

Dessert apple

Malus domestica Borkh.

Raised in about 1900 by A. Mynard at Heybridge, Essex. It was introduced in 1933 by H. Brewer of Maldon. Fruits have firm, fine, crisp, greenish white flesh with an insipid flavour.
