Mannington's PearmainDessert apple Malus domestica Borkh.Grown from seed found in cider pomace in the garden of Mr Turley, Uckfield, Sussex, England in about 1770. It was introduced by John Mannington in 1847. Fruits have greenish white, firm, fine-textured, moderately juicy flesh with a slightly aromatic flavour.
