Availability Material available from the National Fruit Collection.
Received by the National Fruit Trials in 1912 from P.C. Veitch, Royal Nurseries, Exeter. Fruits have crisp, tender, a little coarse, fairly juicy flesh with a fair flavour. Sometimes a little astringent.
