Allgrove's Superb

Plum

Prunus domestica L.

A coloured sport of Jefferson. It was named and introduced in 1915 by Allgrove's nurseries, Langley, Bucks. It received the Award of Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society in 1915. Fruits have greenish, soft, not very juicy flesh with a sweet and pleasant flavour.
