Bryanston Gage

Plum

Prunus domestica L.

It is an old gage which was found in Lord Portman's gardens at Bryanston Park, Blandford, Dorset in about 1800. First recorded in 1831. Fruits have greenish yellow, juicy flesh with a delicious gage flavour.
