Culinary plum
Thought to have been raised in 1920 by Adolf Gerstetter of Besigheim, Wurttemberg, Germany, who introduced it in 1932. Trees are very prone to bacterial canker. Fruits have firm, little juicy flesh with a little subacid to sweet and insipid flavour.
