Aldenham BlenheimCulinary / Dessert apple Malus domestica Borkh.Triploid. Believed to be a coloured sport of Blenheim Orange. It was discovered before 1929 at Aldenham House, Hertfordshire by Edwin Beckett. Fruits have creamy white, somewhat coarse-textured, rather dry flesh with a rich, characteristic aromatic flavour. Cooks well.
